This position is for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for software used in the title insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be able to assist customers with technical questions relating to the software, diagnose and correct certain computer related technical issues, as well as real estate/title insurance substantive questions.
As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. You will develop code for the targeted environment, participate in architectural discussions, and design and develop software applications using C#, VB .NET, HTML, HTML4/5 (Bootstrap), JavaScript, XML, CSS2/3, JQuery, AI technologies, and mobile platforms such as Android and iOS.
The Sales Executive position is responsible for achieving sales goals and implementing company approved programs within an assigned geographically – defined territory. This is accomplished by developing and cultivating strong relationships to all classes of accounts such as title agents, closing attorneys, abstractors, partnered vendors and other customers.
