The Closing System in AccuAir makes managing fees and forms fast, flexible, and accurate. Users can apply reusable fee sets, customize charges on the fly, and seamlessly switch between ALTA, CD, or HUD formats without re-entering data — ensuring consistency and saving valuable time.

One of the most powerful and popular tools inside AccuAir is the closing system designed to make managing fees and forms fast, flexible, and accurate. With fee sets, users can instantly apply grouped charges for repeat lenders, builders, or transaction types, saving time, and ensuring consistency across files. Let’s walk through an example using a lender fee template. Right now, there are no fees listed in the lender section. To apply our saved fees, we simply click the fee template button and select our frequent lender charges. Just like that, all relevant fees are applied, but we can still make adjustments on the fly.

For instance, if the broker’s compensation doesn’t apply, we can simply delete it. If the credit report is covered by the lender and included in the wire, just uncheck that item. Need a charge to appear in section A instead of section B. Update the section and click save changes. It’s that easy. What truly sets the closing system apart is its built-in flexibility.

Every fee is automatically assigned a CD section and HUD line, so you can switch between formats, Alta, CD, or hud without reentering any data. When viewing as an ALTA or hud, the owner’s policy shows as primary and the loan policy as simultaneous switch to closing disclosure, and that relationship updates automatically.
