1099-S Reporting
Through one simple process, have your 1099-S data submitted to the IRS and printed and mailed to eligible sellers.
How does 1099-S Reporting work?
- Your AccuTitle software platform generates a report of 1099-S eligibility transactions (the report format varies by product).
- You adjust the report as required (such as filling in missing information).
- Tax IDs and name are verified directly with the IRS.
- We take care of the rest by submitting the file to the IRS electronically and/or mailing 1099-S to your eligible sellers.

Thermochromic Icon: If you touch or blow on the ink, it will disappear. This ink cannot be replicated on a color copier or laser printer.
Chemical Reactive Paper: Paper that produces a stain or speckles when activated with ink eradicator-class chemicals, making it challenging to alter a document without detection.
Warning Band: Bands are printed messages that call attention to the security features added to protect a document.
Diagonal Dimensional Backer: Different spacing of diagonal lines to deter altering with cut and paste method.
Chemical Reactive Box: Uncompromised checks that are printed on chemically reactive paper have a Chemical Wash warning box on the backer. Any discoloration within the box may indicate the check has been tampered with.
Invisible Embedded Fibers: Fibers are ultraviolet, light-sensitive fibers in the paper stock that can be seen only under black light.
