William Bartzak has been the CEO of AccuTitle since 2019. Since then, AccuTitle has acquired and integrated five technology platforms, resulting in the industry-leading Title Management Platforms offered today. Bill is a serial entrepreneur who founded and successfully sold three other businesses in various industries, including MD On-Line, Inc., a healthcare company he founded in 1995 and served as its President/CEO until he sold it to Ability Network in 2014. Bill sits on the Board of Directors for the BlinkNow Foundation, STOPit Solutions, Synergenomics, and Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business Center Leadership Program. Bill was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the State of New Jersey in 2010.

Jerre is Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Clarivate Analytics plc. Jerre served as CEO of Churchill Capital Corp until its merger with Clarivate in May 2019. He had been the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Churchill Capital Corp since August 2018. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and CEO of IHS Markit, Ltd.—a publicly listed company on NASDAQ and world leader in critical information, analytics and solutions—and Executive Chairman and CEO at IHS Inc., its predecessor company.

Jerre has had a long and very successful career as a public company CEO. Over the last two decades, he has created a world leader and one of the fastest-growing companies in the information services sector, IHS Markit, Ltd. Prior to his leadership at IHS Markit, he led other highly successful technology and information companies such as Honeywell-Phillips Medical Electronics, Square D, AT&T Global Business Communications Systems, AT&T Global Information Solutions (NCR Corporation), NCR Japan, Legent Corporation and Ingram Micro.

In addition, Jerre has served on over 30 corporate boards during his career and received numerous accolades for his work, including the Kenneth B. West Lifetime Achievement Award which he received in July 2017 by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in recognition of his service on corporate and philanthropic boards.

A graduate of the University of Iowa and the Harvard University Advanced Management Program in Switzerland, Jerre earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is chairman of the Banner Alzheimer’s Institute as well as chairman of the board of Garret Evangelical Seminary and he sits on the boards of the America Writers Museum and Guideposts.

Robert Druskin is Non-Executive Chairman of DTCC’s Board and Chairman of the Board Executive Committee. Druskin served as Executive Chairman from April 2011 to December 31, 2015.

Previously, Druskin was Lead Director of E*Trade from May through December 2009, interim Chief Executive Officer from December 2009 to March 2010, and Chairman of the Board from December 2009 to March 2011.

Prior to that, Druskin spent nearly 16 years at Citigroup and its predecessor companies in a number of senior executive positions across the organization, including Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Office of the Chairman, Chief Operations and Technology Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Division.

Druskin was with Salomon Smith Barney (and previously Smith Barney) for nine years and held a number of senior positions, including Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to joining Smith Barney, he was Chief Financial Officer of Shearson Lehman Brothers.

Jay Stead, Managing Director of Oxley Services, has been based in Auckland, New Zealand since 2002. He provides executive advisory services and serves on the boards of a select group of technology-oriented software, services and internet businesses around the world. Key focus areas include strategic planning, leadership development, corporate governance, mergers/acquisitions, effective execution and driving accelerated growth. Jay has broad technology industry experience encompassing early developers of Peer-to-Peer and Cloud solutions as well as market leading mobile Apps across a variety of sectors including Healthcare IT, Recreation, FinTech and RegTech. These award-winning businesses have consistently shown rapid profitable growth and remain clearly focused on providing superior customer service and solutions while emerging as market leaders.

Jay is the former President & CEO of Sagebrush Corporation, an educational software leader, and was also a senior executive at Reynolds and Reynolds. In addition, he has held key management positions with Allen-Bradley and McKinsey & Company. His career includes general management, marketing, business development and consulting roles across high-growth software, services, internet, healthcare and manufacturing sectors.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and received a Masters in Management from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management in 1989.

He currently serves on the board of directors/advisors for Augen, 1Place, Parnell Agencies, InterOcean Capital, SalonEzy, CFN, Hope Clinic and Kai Group Holdings while also providing business advisory services and coaching to individuals and companies across a variety of business sectors around the world. Jay is a former Director of MD Online, BMS Practice Solutions, GolfLogix, ImproveNet and Workwell Systems which were all successfully developed, grown and sold.

In addition, Jay serves an active leader in non-profit and philanthropic sectors with a specific focus on education, healthcare and leadership. He served as board chairman for local schools for over 10 years.
